Title. This should be written on the front page of the manuscript together with  the full name and affiliation for each author.

Text. This should be divided into sections with separate headings (preferably) numbered consecutively.

References. These should be arranged alphabetically by the authors’ names. Each reference must include the authors’ names, the initials of their first names, the year when the paper was published, the title and further on: a) if it is an article – title of the journal (abbreviated), in italics, volume number, including pages; e.g., Gifford, F.A. (1988) A similarity theory of tropospheric turbulence energy spectrum. J. Atmos. Sci., 45, 1370-1379; b) if it is a book – title of book, in italics, publishing house and number of pages of the book; e.g., Haltiner, G.J. and Williams, J.C. (1980) Numerical Prediction and Dynamic Meteorology. John Wiley and Sons, New York, 477 pp.

Within the text, citation should be made as follows: (Martin, 1984) when there is one author, (Pruppacher and Klett, 1980) when there are two authors, or ( Hill et al., 1986) when there are more than two authors, or: “according to the definition given by Herovanu (1956)”. If an author is cited with two or more papers published in the same year, letters a, b, etc. should be added to the year.

The same holds for the tables. Drawings in black India ink on tracing paper as well as on high quality white paper, and black/white photographs are accepted.
